Tourmaline is a mineral that can be found in a wide variety of colors, from colorless to black, brown, yellow, red, blue, pink, and green. Dark green and pink tourmalines are considered gemstones. The most valuable are emerald green and electric blue. Red tourmaline is called rubellite , and green tourmaline is called verdelita . Tourmalines with several colors can also be found in the same crystal.
